WHY WE EXIST
Our founders built Paladion, a managed detection and response company. They grew it to more than 700 customers and $40M+ in revenue, and sold it to Atos in 2020.
At Paladion, every incident traced back to a person doing something wrong. The obvious fix was to check each action before it happened, and it was impossible. No company would let you watch every action of every employee.
Agents remove that limit. Each action can be checked against its context before it runs. Ackuity does that from outside the agent, so the agent has no say in the verdict.

WHAT XDR TAUGHT US
In XDR and MDR, one alert means little on its own. The identity, history and intent around it decide whether it matters. We solved that once at Paladion. The Agent Security Context Graph applies the same lesson to every agent action.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Enterprises run Ackuity in production, and it has been chosen over three incumbent security vendors in head-to-head evaluations. Seven global SIs and consultancies take it to their clients, and more enterprises, including two banks, are in beta. We are members of NVIDIA Inception and the Open Secure AI Alliance.
